Java Springboot and GIS (Custom mapping)

My project requires a full-stack development solution. The main objective is to create a custom mapping software using Java Springboot and a Geographic Information System (GIS). Specifically, the visualization aspect of that GIS needs to be developed, as well as any other related implications that go along with supporting a custom mapping software. Therefore, an expert in this field is greatly needed. No third party APIs or services will be integrated.
