Java Springboot - Angular - Ionic developer

We are looking for a developer for a LONG TERM cooperation for a developer to participate in the product development

We would like to have excellent skills in
- Java springboot
- Angular
- Ionic Mobile Aps
- MySQL
- Kafka
- Java FX for desktop application

No agencies, please!
Ideally, we would like a developer that would be able to dedicate 4h per day, so it is ok to have another job too but 8h/day can be considered

Must have
- Excellent English / communication skills
- Able to do meetings with voice / video (not only typing)
- Very good understanding of requirements and analysis

Experience of 3-4 years is important.
We can start with some stories / requirements and ideally

We are flexible to pay by hour or as fixed project, whatever suits
