Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Strong frontend development skills with React.js and Thymeleaf
- Proficiency in both MySQL and MongoDB integration
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (basic), Jenkins, and GitHub
- Familiarity with AWS services and deployment
