Java Spring-Boot & Java cora senior / lead dev with Angular & react experiences 0a

We look for Java Spring-Boog and Java Core senior expert developers, who is master of both and also able to do the lead development of a small team.
Your job will be to discuss requirements on technical level and to define issues/tasks in the issue tracker for the dev team. Afterwards you need to clarify them in the team and you also have to implement solutions and frameworks like software design patterns for the dev team.
Your job is also to verify the code (code reviews) of the mates to ensure good quality.
Of course TDD approach...
The software always contains a UI, so it is mandatory that you are able to handle properly UI development too.
We are mostly on Angular or react
We have multiple projects, from building from scratch also for maintaining.
They have to be organized in microservices
And we want to share you some of the projects. We only look for long running partnerships!
We have a integrated team on Java developers and we require some support to outsource Java+Angular work.
Your background is:
- multiple years of experience with Java
- multiple years of experience with javascript
- multiple years of experience with typescript
- multiple years of experience with Angular
- multiple years of experience with react
- multiple years of experience with gitlab CI/CD deliveries (mandatory!)
- of course CSS, HTML and typeScript are your daily business too
- mutliple years of designing software in terms of software design with patterns
If you are a good fit, you are open to get more tasks about implementing solutions fully on your own (e.g. with your team)

What is next?
We will share you a NDA and afterwards a paid test task.
Payment?
- you estimate in a WBS (optimistic, expected, pessimistic, where optimistic < expected < pessimistic) after getting the task
- we discuss about clearances and effort
- we mutually agree to effort
- we assign you the task after mutually agreed
- you implement & delivery
- we pay
(basically the rules of freelancer)
Closed book vs open book?
We work only on open book.
Closed book means you are unwilling to define a WBS for the work and you add only a price tag to the task.

- JDK 17 (mostly LTS)
