Java Spring Boot and Flutter Developer for Money Transfer Service

We have nearly completed the software for our Money Transfer Company. We need to complete the remaining tasks very soon by utilizing multiple developers and experts.

Microservice Application.
Mobile APP: Flutter
We need a couple of spring boot developers who have experience with a money transfer company, or a fintech company who can understand the project easily and quickly. We need to complete a Java-based microservice application and replace our existing Laravel-based application.
Remaining works:
1. PayID payment gateway API
2. PayTo Payment gateway API (Just fixing minor changes from the API provider)
3. Compliance API verification (Scantek)
4. 3DS implementation on debit and credit cards.
5. MoneyGram API implementation
6. Compliance rules management (Based on sending and receiving countries)
8. Transaction flow and tracking (Small parts and flow fixing)
9. Minor bugs fixing
10. The mobile app on Flutter technology remaining work based on the above implementation needs to be implemented.
11. Accounting (basic statements and calculation is required based on our receiving agents)
12. User Roles/Department
13. Chat and In-app call: 100ms API is done for call, not working as expected, bug fixing is needed. Chat needs to be improved, AI-based chatbot for basic question and answer.
14. Tracking and receiving money features like MoneyGram
15. Request Money feature: (basic types of referral programs or businesses can request money to receive in their account).
We are looking for the best developers who can work either on a project basis or on an hourly basis. The project needs to be completed very quickly and requires working in coordination with our in-house developers.
Work needs to be deployed and tested on our server to make sure deployment and data migration won't be an issue.
This is a money transfer company based in Australia. (sending country Australia, Receiving countries 200 Plus). We need to consider whether we can add as much as we need on the sending and receiving side.
Please note: This project has a lot of third-party API and many relational and conditional features, it must be 100% bug-free, well documented, and usable at its 100% capacity.
We are launching from Japan in the next two months, we need to be able to offer service from the same domain and mobile application as we do from Australia. Hence system should be capable of managing this type of operation.
This project's ownership will remain within our banner.
