Java Software upgrade

I am looking for an experienced UK based Java developer (individual not a company), who has the skills to upgrade a Java codebase, along with JSP pages. The chosen developer needs skills that include, but not limited to Tomcat, Apache, MySQL, Struts, to name a few.
There is a number of items that need working on right away, but there would be constant work for this person.
