Java Semantic Serverless Functions Repository

As the owner of this project, I am seeking a skilled developer to create a semantic repository that will have the following features and requirements:

- Storage and organization of serverless functions
- Publishing serverless functions for discovery
- Discovery of existing serverless functions
- The system needs to be developed primarily in Java

The repository will need to have user authentication. Users will need to authenticate to publish serverless functions, however, access to the repository for discovering functions will be open without authentication.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Strong experience in Java programming
- Previous experience developing semantic repositories
- Familiarity with serverless functions and cloud computing
- Proficient in implementing user authentication mechanisms
