Java - Retrieve market data from Binance, Kraken and Oanda

Summary: Retrieve historical candlestick, also known as Kline or OHLC data, from Binance, Kraken and Oanda. This project is only concerned with the API integrations. The implementation should be consistent with the existing solution (codebase), add error handling to the existing solution and the new integrations, and have a test coverage of 95% and above.
