Java to C# Project Conversion

I'm seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and C# to convert my Java project into C#. The current project is built using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Apache Shiro, MyBatis-Plus, Freemarker, Bootstrap, AdminLTE, and MSSQL. The target technologies are C#, ASP.NET Core, JS, and MSSQL.
