Java/Programming Challenge- Expert Needed

I have OSCAR-EMR-19 software installed on a server and whenever I want to create a login credentials for a new user it shows the following error:
javax.persistence.PersistenceException: >> org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not insert:
[org.oscarehr.common.model.Security]
I need someone who knows how to fix this error.
