It is imperative that you have a 5 star rating, over 200 reviews with similar large scale projects and speak fluent English. All work will be payable in AUD only so please consider this when placing your bids. When submitting your bid use the word, catle dog in the header so I know you have read this.
Please see preliminary videos to give you an idea of the app I want to try and acheive. From this I need you to have a look and see if there is anything you dont understand from a functionality perspective. Once we have the crux of the app we will need to put together a scope of work with deliverables and dollar cost valuations for each set of deliverables. I want to break this project up into bite size pieces making sure that we thoroughly test each deliverable before moving onto the next stage of work. Please have a look at the videos and let me know your thoughts.
I have nominated Java as the preferred language, I am happy to be guided by you the expert as to the best way forward.
Please review this information carefully as people who do not will be deleted from the bidding page.
