Java Payments processing upgrades Stripe and Paypal

We are looking for a Java developer with payment experience to help with 2 payment issues. We have a web site that has subscriptions with Stripe and Paypal
1 - We would like to add 3DS to our Stripe subscriptions.
2 – When a customer cancels our PayPal subscription we would like a notification sent to our site so that we can update the database.
Both of these payment solutions we coded some time ago therefore so the coder can choose to upgrade the existing code or create a new solution that can be integrated onto our web site.
