Java OCR for consistent results tabular data in image

I am creating a discord bot that will reply to screenshots of in game results to provide additional statistics in real time. What I need is more consistent results with the OCR in the back end java middleware.

Attached example screenshots that are served to the middleware via a list of urls as well as the backend code. I've also attached my current Service, ExtractTextFromImageUsingJava class as well as my WarResult Object
