Java Multi Tenant Setup

I'm looking for a talented Java developer who can help me create a multi-tenant setup for my project. I need the setup to offer minimal customization for each tenant, so I'm looking for someone who is experienced in Spring Boot and is up to date with the latest Java technologies. Additionally, the system should be able to support more than 10 tenants, so scalability is something I will be taking into consideration when making my decision.
