I'm looking for a developer who can create a Medium complexity Java parser for converting Latex documents to Simple Tex format, with specialized handling for figures and tables within the Latex format. The parser needs to have built in error handling where it should stop and report the error if it encounters an unrecognizable Latex syntax. This project requires:
