Java GUI Development Magic

I'm seeking an experienced Java developer to bring my concept to life in BlueJ. Java only!
Here are my requirements:

Online Ticketing System

Features:
- Allow customers to view a list of upcoming events
- View Scheduled Shows By Date
- Select Seats from a seating chart
- Hold the selected seats during transaction process
- Serveral ticket agents, need acsess to also sell the tickets
- Manager login, Agent Login, Customer Login
- Agent contracted comissions
- Only assigned seats can sell certain tickets
- Date based and configured Seat arrangments
- Venu Manager to set prices + promotion per event OR Multiple
- Ticket sales for; Adult, Student, Child, Senior Citizen
- Must show prices for each seat
- Seating chart to be dynamic, must be changable rate wise
- Venue manager to; Post, Cancel, Reschedual all events
- Venue manager to cap max ticket sales per transaction
- All users to provide a login and password
- Add details to their customer profile
- Customer profile to include: Name, email, number, address, DOB
- Customers can choose an event and see the avaliable seats
- Seat Status colour coding; AVALIABLE (GREEN) HELD (BLUE) SOLD (RED)
- Deselecting a seat to remove the hold status
- Users can only choose the maximum seats avaliable
- System may attempt to find the best price possible, customer accept or change
- Remove the hold to make the seat avaliable across the extranet again
- One transaction can purchase 1-X amount of tickets
- Show bulk volumes, Inentives for higher purchase amounts
- Basket value = £100+ 10% discount
- 6 or more tickets = 15% discount
- Each ticket tracked individually
- Card only payment (always processes)
- Ticket agents login - An agent interacts and makes transacion as a customer
- Agents can see and do same, but they can create a customer and select a current customer profile stored
- Agent can see everything customer can + Amount of commision they will make that transaction
- Agents to see total number of tickets sold for that show across the board
- Once seats on hold, internal clock sounds after 5 min to prompt them to finish their transaction, alarm sounds evey min for 3 min after 2 min after non checkout.
