Java Full Stack Training in Hyderabad

We are looking for a seasoned Java Full-Stack Trainer for a Training Assignment with one of our esteemed clients in Hyderabad. This will be onsite training for 12 weeks/8 hours a day.

Trainer Responsibilities:

Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization.
Improve employee skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate services
Conduct assessments to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

Trainer Requirements:

Any Bachelor or Post-Graduate Degree.
Prior experience as a java trainer.
Ability to learn and deliver the content quickly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Knowledge of various teaching methods
