Java Full Stack Developer (Springboot and React Js)

Andhra Pradesh Centre for Financial Systems and Services (APCFSS) was set up by Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) as a Section 8, not-for-profit Company in 2016. APCFSS has developed and manages the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), a Government-wide enterprise suite, for management of various aspects of Public Finances of the State of Andhra Pradesh, including budget formulation, tax & non-tax receipts, cash & debt management, expenditure (scheme, non-scheme, salaries etc.), social benefits delivery, assets etc.

Developed leveraging latest tools from SAP, CFMS covers the financial transactions of all Departments of the GoAP. A dedicated team of officers drawn from the Government and SAP constitute the CFMS Wing of APCFSS.Besides CFMS, APCFSS designs, develops and maintains mission-critical e/m Governance Solutions (Web & Mobile) for various schemes and programmes of the Government.

Job Profile

The Main purpose of this job is to develop & maintain the applications to nodal departments of GoAP. Implement software development skills using new and improved technological tools and techniques for the development of the organization. We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with experience in building enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on critical applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Should involve and be responsible for all the stages of Software Development Life Cycle
Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality of applications & Testing the application in real situations
Continuous support for production application and look for ways to automate production operations
Working closely with Project leader, business analysts, designers and other team members throughout the SDLC

Work Experience
5 to 8 years of experience of overall experience in building Java/J2EE application, JQuery, Bootstrap, Html 5, CSS3
At least 4+ years of Experience in Microservices Architecture , Elastic Search, Kafka, Redis and APIS
High coding standards - understanding of test coverage best practices & test pyramid concept
Good experience building web applications/services using J2EE
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Babel, Redux, Flux, MobX, Node.JS, Formik.
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript & RESTFUL APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
Good to have knowledge in one of the cloud platform like AWS/Azure/ GCP
Strong knowledge on any one of the ORM frameworks
Experience developing solutions on Spring Boot
Understanding of Microservices is a plus
Familiar with Postgresql, MongoDB,CouchDB or any NoSQL and proficiency is a plus
Understanding of the Relational Database Model with familiarity one relational database
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Experience with client web application frameworks like React is a plus
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Possess good knowledge of source code configuration management software involving the check-in/check-out process
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
To build responsive, scalable and performing web and mobile applications
Working knowledge on Aglie Scrum Framework
Ability and interest to learn new things quickly
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science engineering from a reputed university.
