Java Expert for Hospital PMS

I need an experienced Java developer to architect and build a hospital-grade Patient Management System from the ground up. The platform must securely handle admissions, records, and real-time clinical workflows while also delivering three telemedicine essentials:

• Video conferencing for remote consultations
• Appointment scheduling that syncs with existing calendars
• Seamless Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration

My tech stack is Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful micro-services deployed in a Docker/Kubernetes environment. You will steer the full development cycle—requirements refinement, clean code implementation, automated testing, and CI/CD set-up—while collaborating with our in-house clinicians to ensure every feature meets hospital compliance and privacy standards (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR where relevant).

Acceptance criteria include:
• Production-ready code in a Git repository with clear commit history
• End-to-end tests proving video, scheduling, and EHR modules work at scale
• Deployment scripts and documentation that let us spin up a new hospital tenant in under 30 minutes
