Java Evaluation Sheet Development -- 2

I require an expert Java developer to build an evaluation sheet for my project. The primary goal of this evaluation sheet is to be used for evaluation and competency measurement. I would like to create a .exe page using Java that allows me to compare data from SQL database with the values stored in the sheet. There will be two function for this sheet, first one is "Get Data" function which will allow the sheet to take data from SQL data base and fill the blank ( txt files for extracting data rom SQL will be attached soon). The other function is to compare data and values from the SQL database to the ones stored in the Java sheet and have a ✅ or ❌ next to it. Basically, the whole thing is going to be used for evaluation. The data that will be built in are the same in Example of Built in Data. Evaluation sheet examples is attached.
