I'm in need of a Java and JavaFX developer to create a comprehensive system for a local restaurant. The system should have the following features:
- Online Ordering: The system should allow customers to place their orders online.
- Table Reservation: Implement a feature that enables customers to reserve tables in advance.
- Menu Management: The system should facilitate the management of the restaurant's menu.
- Events Management: Implement functionality for managing restaurant events.
- Reports Generation: Develop a reporting system for the management to analyze various aspects of the restaurant operations.
- Customers Management: The system should allow for easy management and tracking of customer data.
- Staff Management: Implement features for managing various staff roles including Chefs and Waiters.
The target audience for this system would mainly be Customers, Restaurant staff (inclusive of Chefs and Waiters) and Managers. The ideal candidate for this project should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Java and JavaFX programming
- Previous experience in developing similar systems for the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of database management
- Ability to prioritize user experience and functionality in system design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
