We seek a Java Developer experienced in ASTM E1381-02 / CLSI LIS1, ASTM E1394-97 / CLSI LIS2, and HL7 standards for upgrading our LIS integration engine. This role requires a commitment to Scrum values and practices, enhancing data transfer between lab instruments, LIS, and EHR systems.
Responsibilities:
Upgrade our Java-based LIS integration engine within a Scrum framework.
Implement and ensure compliance with ASTM and HL7 standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Design, test, and deploy robust integration solutions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Java with experience in healthcare integration standards (ASTM/HL7).
Previous work with LIS or EHR systems preferred.
Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
