Java Developer for CRM Enhancement

I'm seeking a seasoned Java developer well-versed in Spring, Swing, and Android. You should have proficient experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly in modules such as invoice, POS, AR/AP accounting, inventory, employee management, and payroll.

Key Deliverables:
- Expertise in Java, Spring, and Mobile Development (Primarily Android)
- Skilled in developing and integrating CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency in building modules like invoicing, POS, AR/AP, inventory management, employee and payroll tracking

Ideal Skills:
- Strong Java programming skills
- In-depth knowledge of Spring framework
- Proficiency in Android app development
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Familiarity with accounting principles (AR/AP)
