Java Developer for Arduino project with external sensor

Hi i need a java deeloper to write a software that send/receive data from 3 different external sensor via serial port. We use an Arduino (we wrote the firmware) and a Keysight sensor (with native libraries for Java). Our software should
-> receive data via serial port and store them into a mysql database
-> send data to our Arduino board
-> a web dashboard to see and manage data with login
-> works on JBoss server
This software should be release in 45 days and after there will be other step to dev. So this is the 1 step of 4.
