Java Developer Technical Interviewer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer Interviewer to help evaluate and interview candidates for Java development roles. This is a part-time position and you will be responsible for assessing technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the overall competency of candidates in Java development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews for Java developers  (mid to senior -level).
Evaluate candidates' coding skills, algorithms, and problem-solving abilities in Java.
Review and assess candidates' resumes, technical portfolios and provide feedback on each candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Assist in the creation and improvement of interview questions, coding challenges, and evaluation criteria.
Ensure a smooth and professional interview experience for candidates.
Collaborate with the hiring team to share insights and recommendations.
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Java developer (6+ years).
In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, core concepts, and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
Previous experience in interviewing or mentoring developers is a plus.
