Java Developer Needed for Backend Work

We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our team for a backend development project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, with experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. This project involves creating, maintaining, and enhancing Java-based backend services.

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop: Build robust and scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Integration: Work with RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend applications and third-party services.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Testing: Write unit tests and ensure code quality and functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and other team members to align on project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle), and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
