Java Developer -- 3

I am looking to hire an experienced Java developer to create a web application. This developer should have an advanced level of experience with Java and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with sudden changes. The applicant must have a strong understanding of all aspects of the Java programming language and be able to adjust quickly when requirements or scope unexpectedly change.

I have written requirement prepared. Developer has to understand the requirement and develop the web app.
