Java Developer
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Developer can work with my client Project dedicated below Condition
Duration – Employee need to work at least 1 Year or (extendable) as per the further requirement of the client.
Project Assignment- Employee will not sub-assign his work with any other person. He needs to share his daily work done reports with his reporting manager.
Notice Period – The Notice Period should be minimum 2 Months or as per the client terms.
Working Condition- If Client is not happy with your work in first 3 month, Then he can fire you immediately. You will be paid for your effort.
If everything is good for you and client for first 3 month , Then your notice period will be of 2 month..
Working Hours- Working hours would be 8 hours per day Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and
Lunch break- 1 pm to 2 pm Mon-Fri 5 days Working System.
Dual Employment- Employee not involved in any other employment while working with us.
Work Sheet- There will be 20-30 people on Google meet , You will need to join that meeting and turn on camera during working hours.
In that meeting all people will already have turned on their camera. Everybody will be on Mute and focusing on their work.
Payment Terms- Payment will be disbursed every month date between 15th to 20th.
Leave : No Leave allocation ( Leave Salary deducted Employee Salary)
