Java Code Compilation & JAR Creation

I'm in need of a skilled Java developer who can compile the Java codes from a specific project on GitHub (https://github.com/onexpeters/PAROT). The end goal is to deliver a final JAR file, and documentation to repeat the process in Ubuntu 24.04
Key Requirements:
- Include all necessary libraries and dependencies in the JAR file, the final archive should be self-contained
- Use Gradle as the build tool for compiling the code
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Java and Gradle, and be able to ensure that the compiled JAR file is fully functional and includes any compatible versions of the necessary libraries and dependencies.
