Java Backend Developer with Spring Boot, Angular, AWS Expertise - Only Mexico Candidates

Job - Senior Backend Software Engineer- Java
Location: Mexico (Remote, but must be able to work EST hours)
Duration: 6 months+
Note: Looking for mexico candidates only. Healthcare experience is a must.

About the role: As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for the technical implementation of our award-winning products. Your goal will be to produce adaptable, robust, secure products that delight our users. You will design and oversee software implementation, ensuring technical quality and delivering and monitoring software products in production. Additionally, you will communicate with the team about ongoing issues.

Responsibilities:
Develop mission-critical microservices with an emphasis on scalability, security, quality, and performance.
Produce technical documentation, software, and supporting test code.
Coordinate with team members in evaluating product requirements, delivery, and testing of integrated code components, and resolve discrepancies between software specifications and application behavior.
Sustain existing functionality via technology updates and functional enhancements.
Participate in all team activities, including agile ceremonies and reviews of other engineers' designs and code.

Technical Skills:
5+ years of development experience in an agile/scrum environment.
5+ years of experience with Java and JavaScript.
Experience with AWS (S3, IAM, SQS, KMS), Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, contract, integration, and system tests.
Experience with lxml and SAML, particularly in creating XML files for authentication, as required by partners.

Beneficial Experience:
Python experience is a plus.
