I'm urgently seeking a seasoned Java Architect to assist with a Proof of Concept (POC) for a microservices architecture. The POC primarily revolves around Java, MongoDB, and XML based task service implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and implementation of the microservices architecture
- Assisting with XML configuration, which is a critical aspect of this task
- Implementing the Integration service in Java
We need to work on Mongo Based solution to complete this POC
need to work on remote machine to complete this activities

- Design and implement a POC that showcases the feasibility and functionality of the proposed micro Services architecture.
- Incorporate essential features such as user authentication, data integration, and a reporting dashboard within the POC.
- Evaluate and demonstrate the performance of the new technology within the context of the POC.
- Have to aim to good solution based on the condition

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java and micro services architecture, with a strong ability to integrate various components into a cohesive and functional service solution. This role will require both technical expertise and strategic thinking, as the architect will need to assess and demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with:
- Java coding, particularly in the context of microservices
- XML configuration
- Setting up and working with MongoDB
