I am seeking a skilled developer to create a protocol handler for Windows. The protocol handler needs to communicate with a locally running Java application named "seastep", sending requests in the format of seastep://511123789123/invoices.
Key Requirements:
- Compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Flexibility for either the Java application to register for the "seastep://" protocol or for the protocol handler to auto-detect the Java application.
- If the Java application is not running when the protocol is invoked, the protocol handler should prompt the user to start the application.
I am open to alternative implementations. The main goal is seamless communication between the protocol handler and the Java application.
