Java App for Newspaper Data Management

I'm looking for a Java developer to create an application that efficiently gathers and maintains data for a newspaper agency. This application will store data of customers and hawkers in an organized manner, and will include several important features.

Key Data to Store:
- Customers: Contact information, Subscription details, Address (Street, City, Pincode), Area (Linked to the Area Panel), Subscription Start Date, Hawker Assigned
- Hawkers: Contact information, Subscription details, Delivery routes

Essential Application Features:
- Excel sheet export button
- Database storage
- Bill generation option

Technologies to be used: J2SE, JavaFX, and MYSQL. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with these languages and technologies, and should be able to create a user-friendly interface. Please provide examples of similar projects you have worked on in your proposal.
