JasminSMS + Celery + RabbitMQ Configuration -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with configuring JasminSMS, Celery, and RabbitMQ. The purpose of the configuration is to process messages fast as possible 100TPS, to prevent queques. I need help with additional requirements related to the configuration.
