I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in JSP, J2EE, Servlets, Docker, and AWS to assist me with my project.

Specific tasks include:
- Setting up a J2EE application with JSP and Servlets
- Containerizing the J2EE application using Docker
- Deploying the J2EE application on AWS

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Servlets and JSP
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Experience with deploying applications on AWS

Timeline:
- This is a long-term project, expected to take more than 4 weeks to complete.
