JSP Project update

I am looking for a JSP developer who can help me with adding new features to my project. I already have a specific design in mind for the UI/UX improvements and function improvements. I need these updates and changes to be completed soon.

Requirements:
- Menu layout update ( max 3rd level submenu)
- Search function enhancement
- Jenkins deploy and test server environment setup

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in JSP development
- Jenkins
- Windows server, IIS and WAS
- Experience with UI/UX design and implementation
- Ability to work within tight deadlines

- Preferred skill
Need to understand Korean sentences.
