JSP, JASON, MYSQL,JQUERY

I have two page (Ref word doc)
1. Entry page, In entry page I have table to add, remove and enter data in a table.
2. In the same page I am getting data (Refer doc)
3. I have one more page called save_data.jsp to get data from entry page and save it in DB.
currently, it's not working due to code issue. I need freelancer who can fix the problem to save, edit data..
Freelance should be able to work remotely on our machine as the source is in our local server.
Application is hosted on Tomcat server
