JAVA developer : Finding a dev experienced in Axis2, IDL, Webservice

We are currently having a project need to be migrated from CORBA to Webservice using Axis2 module.
The requirement is quite clear and we are currently having dozens of interfaces in idl file.
We will pay $100 every 5 interfaces, but should perfectly migrated to the webservice.
