JAVA SMTP MAILER SERVICE

I am looking for a Java developer to create a SMTP mailer service for my project. The purpose of the mailer service is to send automated emails. The email content will be transactional in nature. I would like the mailer service to have the feature of email scheduling, so that I can schedule emails to be sent at specific times.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with SMTP protocols and sending emails programmatically
- Familiarity with transactional email systems
- Knowledge of email scheduling and automation
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of emails
