Istio 1.14.3 - GRPC transcoding for Java service

We need to have a POC having a Java GRPC Microservice exposing a POST and GET service through Sstio to be reached as a regular REST service (Json). We need all the configurations required (YAML) and code for the dummy service that shows the transcoding REST <--> GRPC is working as intended
