Intellij Plugin - Sample code to show float menu from popup

A runnable code snippet is needed to implement the following functions. Refer to the IntelliJ search function (you can refer to FindPopupPanel, but cannot use it, a simplified version is required).
1.Select the code and then pop up a window to display the displayed code (using EditorIml).
2.When the mouse enters the pop-up window, gradually display a floating button on the right side (refer to the screenshot).
3.When the mouse leaves the pop-up window, the floating button gradually disappears (refer to the screenshot).
