I need an integration of my Java Swing POS billing application with WhatsApp to send transactional messages. The messages will primarily include order details.

Requirements:
- Send transactional messages via WhatsApp
- Send Promotional messages via WhatsApp
- Include order details in messages
- Send invoices in PDF format or text format or link

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Java Swing applications
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API
- Ability to generate and send PDF invoices
