Integrate VPN capability or a npm package to react-native app for Android -- 2

This project is not building a fully-featured app, this task is simply integrating an open-source VPN package to a blank and react-native android application.

We are looking for an experienced react native developer preferably with VPN app experience who can help us integrate a VPN package into our mobile app. No UI development is required. We just need a proof of concept that can work for android.

We have been able to make the IOS integration work so we only need help with VPN integration for the android portion of the app.

We've tested a few different packages with no luck, there are some packages that can work with somewhat little modification, however, it requires Java knowledge which we don't have in the team.

We are open to using different npm packages or a custom solution.
