Integrate Stripe Payments to Spring Boot and React website -- 3

I am looking for a developer to integrate Stripe multiparty payments to an existing website. The frontend is written in React while the server is written in Spring Boot which is connected to a POSTGRESQL database.
Requirements:
- Accept online payments
- Implement user balance
- Store payment data on the database
- Collect payments and then pay out to service providers
Something similar to the photo I attached. User needs to top up balance. Then when using a service, they pay from that balance to the service provider. Will need both the UI as well as the functionality.
