Integrate OWL Framework into Autopsy to ingest Waymo Open Dataset for Analysis

I'm seeking a professional with expertise Web Ontology Language (OWL) and Java. The project involves integrating an OWL-based framework into Autopsy (a Digital Forensic Tool that allows plug-in in Java and Python) to enhance the digital forensic analysis of the Waymo Open Dataset (WODs). The main functionalities I require from this integration include:

- Automated report generation: The integrated framework should be capable of generating reports automatically based on the analysis.
- Interactive dashboards: I prefer the data visualization to be in the form of interactive dashboards. These visualizations will help in understanding and interpreting the data better.

The most critical elements from the WODs for this analysis are:

- Vehicle sensor data
- Camera data
- LiDar
- Actuators

The ideal candidate for this project should have a solid background in Web Ontology Language (OWL) and able to program in Java (preferred) or Python alongside ability to extract data and interact with the Waymo Open Dataset or any comparable dataset extracted from Sensors, Cameras, LiDars, Actuators etc,
