Integrate Java Spring Boot solution to AWS Cognito

There is a REST API solution developed in Java Spring Boot framework (Spring Gateway, Eureka and Microsservices endpoints) that need a security layer. The job is to create all the configuration of the AWS Cognito service (user & pass login option) and the classes needed to the endpoints to authenticate and validate the user (Bearer tokens and all) and get the custom claim that the entire solution uses. Consider the user of the solution will be another machine, which means it will only call APIs (even to log to the solution, there will be no front-end).
