Implementing design in Vaadin

We’re currently rebuilding our backend. The system is build in Java with Axon server. On top of that we want to glue our UX with Vaadin. Wireframe designs of UI are available at minimal level. I need someone with (some) experience in buildings UIs with Vaadin and some basic ideas about design of UX.
