Image recognition picture recognition by refferance

The task is that from a web application FE angular BE java spring, the system receives a reference picture and a new picture from the same object.
Angles, lights and sorrundings can change.
eg: reference picture office door.
new image same office door.
System calculates the % of correspondence and provides reference to the main application.
In the use case it can happen that a new office flower or trash bin is moved there as a new object.
Also light condition and as mentioned above position of first picture and second picture can be changed.
The code should provide the % of correspondence to main application
