Image recognition API

I am looking for a developer to create an image recognition API that will primarily recognize objects with a high level of accuracy (90%+). The API should be developed using Java.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Experience with image recognition APIs and algorithms
- Familiarity with computer vision and machine learning techniques
- Expertise in data analysis and statistics

The following features should be included in the API:
- Accurate and reliable object recognition
- Ability to recognize objects in real-time
- Easy integration with existing software and systems
- Compatibility with multiple image formats and sizes
