Image comparison software

I need a software that compares two images and gives the output in the form of a table. The GUI must be able to upload thousands of images for comparison and store them in a database. Each image will also contain a text file for storing patient data. I will supply all images and provide domain knowledge. The successful candidate may also be hired full time if the software is ready as described.
